Yup, I've started QRJDQ. Unlike this video the goal is to take the best runs of each part and splice them together like QDQ, to find the best possible time.
I've made a document of the times I've got so far. Will post a video once they're all done.
If anyone wants to join me, here is some info:
- Use classic prozac -- the physics and gameplay are slightly (but significantly) different on Mega-TF or even Shaka's modern custom.
- Jumps must work on the first try. If a jump fails and you get teleported back, you need to /kill and re-enter the area. This is because some maps teleport you to different spots when you fail. A flawless run must begin from the right spots
- It helps to go custom, select RJ,single shotty, gren, imperial penguin speed, dispenser, telepads. Then you can make a tele right before the entrance to the next stage.
- The obvious path isn't always the fastest. If it looks like you can skip something, try.
- Priming grenades before you enter an area is a good way to shave off a few seconds of time.
Send in some demos! Does not have to be for rjxtreme . _________________ crazy for you.

I think only you and I can even compete for this these days. Get QuakeLive going so we can get newcomers back to Quake. Avirox needs to fix it since it does not work
I <3 you. |

LOL
Some of those 'jumps' are actually harder with a grappling hook. _________________ Bunny Hop:
Start:
While moving forward in the air,
Press - and hold - jump key.
Once landed, and the game has made you jump again (because you were holding jump when you landed),
Release the jump key.
Go back to 'Start'. |

First video up.
Soul and I are also recording some freestyle RJ demos done in normal TF maps. We try to find some near-impossible RJs to show off, should be cool. _________________ crazy for you.
